About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts and agreements in accordance with Centerra's Global Procurement Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft and manage tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Monitor contract milestones, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitate modifications as needed.
- Evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, law, or engineering is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.
