PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide non-clinical support for Clinical Operations.
- Filter and escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Document daily calls in software and follow clinical operation guidelines and polices which include, but are not limited to: documentation of problems, interventions and outcomes
- Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ensure all job responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the company and State and Federal regulations.
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
