The Center for Sleep and Airway Medicine Center Manager is there to lead the team to success and to ensure that every patient has an extraordinary experience in the Vivos center and receives the highest quality of care possible. He/she must have a “owner” mentality and strive to hit center benchmarks and goals.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive partnership with Vivos doctor
- Manage employee relations and ensure that all team members have the needed resources and support in order to do their jobs successfully
- Demonstrate Servant Leadership at all times·
- Partner with doctor to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care
- Oversee and manage patient scheduling to ensure center viability
- Maintain patient data according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Ensure that all records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations per HIPAA protocols
- Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the center
- Maintain center and equipment in accordance with safety regulations, including OSHA
- Manage patient scheduling
- Work with patients to secure good financial arrangements for treatment
- Resolve patient issues in a positive manner
- Create effective team member schedules
- Manage labor costs – control overtime, non-productive hours, staffing levels
- Hold team members accountable – checklists, statistics & graphs
- Manage referral programs
- Complete team member appraisals and development plans
- Manage center costs
- Understand and manage center P&L
- Conduct upbeat and effective Morning Huddles
- Conduct bi-weekly team meetings that are motivating, educational and effective
- Prepare daily reports
- Complete administrative functions such as bank deposits, day sheet review, payroll duties, and invoice processing
- Partner with the Community Marketing Specialist to ensure that all team members are aware of marketing events and that team members are available to assist when needed
- Review weekly Team Member Communication Reports and addresses issues as necessary
- Monitor Team Member Check Lists on a daily basis
- Conduct highly effective Patient Education Meetings
- Assist other team members, as needed
- Interview and hire top talent for the Vivos Center
- Assist the Community Marketing Specialist as needed with community events (health fairs, chamber of commerce meetings, school presentations, etc.)
- Conduct effective Pediatrician (and other medical professionals) Lunch and Learns
- Oversee team member training through The Vivos Institute and the LMS
- Ensure that all HIPAA protocols and training are in place and followed
- Ensure that all team members are radiology trained and certified
- Maintain a positive working relationship/partnership with Vivos Call Center

Qualifications, Education and Experience
- High school diploma, General Education Degree or higher
- Bachelor’s Degree is beneficial, but not required
- Dental and/or Medical Experience is beneficial, but not required
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis is helpful but not required at time of hire
- Working knowledge of dental/medical insurance is helpful but not required at time of hire
What We Offer
The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,500 to $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
