What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Outpatient Clinical Director position at Centers for Youth and Families, INC?
Program Development and Implementation:
- Develops, integrates, and implements services and programs enhancing the agency’s primary mission
- Develops and implements service/program policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services, and reviews at least annually and provides updates
- Stays abreast of changes in specialty areas, e.g., changes in regulations, funding methods, mental health assessment and care, newer treatment modalities etc.
- Assesses and improves programs performance continually
- Assures quality documentation of services delivered
- Assists to insures all professional and paraprofessional services delivered meet medical necessity
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action plan for problem areas within programs
Education and/or Experience:
Masters degree in specialized area supervised or related field
Two years supervisory experience in human services field
