Onondaga Center is hiring an Activities Director in Minoa, NY.
Duties Include:
- Engage new residents and determine their interests
- Assist in establishing monthly activity calendars
- Assist in recreational programs to meet the interests of the residents
- Assist in religious services at the Facility
- Assist in monthly festivities and parties at the facility
- Assist volunteers during their activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director in a healthcare environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others.
- Proficiency in computer use and related technologies.
- A positive, energetic, and upbeat demeanor is essential.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
