What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diet Technician position at Centers Health Care?
Carthage Center is looking for a Diet Technician to work in our facility in Carthage, NY .
Duties Include :
- Provide Residents with quality nutrition care, under the supervision of the RD
- Assist the RD in establishing dietary policies & maintaining quality dietary management
- Assist in evaluating / identifying Residents' nutritional requirements.
- Participate in developing care plans for the Residents
- The Diet Technician evaluates Residents at nutritional risk, and
- May occasionally assist in the preparation & distribution of meals
Requirements / Qualifications :
or have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition
