Part Time Transportation Coordinator

Job Description

At Northern Riverview Assisted Living Program, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Bus Driver/Weekend Receptionist. In this role, you will provide critical support to our staff and residents by operating company vehicles, processing admissions and discharges, and coordinating transportation approvals and schedules. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Essential Duties:

• Perform various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Drive company vehicles to transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Process resident admissions and discharges, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, ordering additional materials as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pleasant phone skills and strong computer proficiency required.
• Organizational and communication skills highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.
• Friendliness and teamwork orientation highly preferred.
