Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to design print and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Assist in modifying existing assets to meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain design integrity and consistency across all materials.
- Prepare materials for final production, including file preparation and archiving graphics for future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Provide support for general office responsibilities within the Marketing Department, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WordPress, and HTML.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
