The Floating Director of Nursing will be responsible for supervising all nursing staff in our facilities, developing and implementing nursing policy and procedure, and overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff. You will also ensure adequate nursing staff levels and that staff skills remain current. Additionally, you will oversee nursing employee conduct and be knowledgeable of incidents at the facility.
