About the Role
As an LPN at Centers Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:
- Recording health details of Residents; Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Providing emotional support and comfort to Residents and their families
