- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of Residents; administering medications and injections as needed.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Helping Residents with personal hygiene and getting dressed.
- Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN State license.
