Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Centers Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents' health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document resident care services in accordance with facility policies
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to resolve resident problems and needs
- Maintain the highest quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care
- Ensure resident confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
