The RN Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, and promoting a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing, manage documentation of resident care services, and provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, basic computer skills, and be a positive team director for all members of the staff.
