**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
**About the Role:** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee nursing staff on weekend night shifts at our skilled nursing facility in The Bronx, NY.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
**Requirements:** Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least three years of long-term care experience. A strong and positive team director for all members of the staff is required.
