Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evening Shift

Northern Metropolitan Healthcare Facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our skilled nursing team during the evening shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Maintain a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and their families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests in a professional and respectful manner.
• Maintain confidentiality by monitoring sensitive information processing.
• Document resident care services accurately and efficiently.
• Foster a positive working relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care required.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic computer skills essential for documenting resident care services.
