About the Role
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a supportive environment by providing guidance to residents and families
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
- Ensure resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a collaborative relationship among healthcare teams
Requirements
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to direct and motivate staff members
- Basic computer skills
