Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Northern Manor in Nanuet, NY.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Long-Term Care experience and possess strong leadership skills to direct a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
- Strong leadership skills to direct a positive team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
