Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Northern Riverview Healthcare Center in Haverstraw, NY.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting necessary information from new residents for admission purposes
- Recording health details of residents, including vital signs and medical history
- Administering medications and injections as needed, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
- Valid LPN State license
- Ability to work morning and evening weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
