Centers Laboratory is currently seeking a Phlebotomist Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising phlebotomists, managing scheduling and payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor phlebotomists to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and payroll for phlebotomists.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Screen, interview, and hire new phlebotomy personnel as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
