JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Operations Coordinator serves a vital member-facing role in problem resolution, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This is a non-clinical position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect with individuals. The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide non-clinical support for Clinical Operations.
Filter and escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Document daily calls in software and follow clinical operation guidelines and polices which include, but are not limited to: documentation of problems, interventions and outcomes
Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Ensure all job responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the company and State and Federal regulations.
Required:
High School Diploma
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree
Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities
