JOB SUMMARY :
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects that align with organizational goals. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving efficiency of departmental processes. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering solutions that enhance business outcomes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Access and monitor Enrollment and Intake data, stream lining processes and checking for accuracy and potential information gaps.
Develop project scopes, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives\
Create detailed project plans and schedules from execution to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Enrollment, Intake, IT and operations.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements
Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
Other assignments and duties as needed.
Education and Experience :
Education
Required : Bachelors’ degree in related field degree
Preferred : one year project manager or MLTC experience
Type of Experience
Required : Work within project management field
Preferred : Healthcare administration experience
Specific Technical Skills
Required : Smartsheet, Excel
Preferred : Salesforce, Casetrakker
Certifications / Licensure :
Required : NA
Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
