Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up equipment for the day's/night's activities
- Manage on court activities
- Assist in examining facility for safety hazards
- Enforce gymnasium rules and building policies
- Complete any forms that are required
- Store any equipment at the conclusion of the day's/night's activities
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions on-the-spot
- Strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts
