As a key member of the Centersquare DC team, this role is responsible for driving financial planning and analysis across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
The Director of Finance at Centersquare DC will work closely with the CFO and SVP of Finance to develop and maintain financial models that enhance decision-making capabilities. This involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to drive strategic decisions
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Collaborating with department owners to drive financial analysis and planning
- Providing clear visibility into budget utilization, committed spend, available funds, and cash flow
The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A degree in Finance or a related field is required, with MBA preferred.
