Join Centersquare DC's dynamic Project Management Team! We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the construction management of innovative data center development projects. In this role, you will coordinate construction activities, manage equipment procurement, oversee general contractor services, and collaborate with design teams, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple capital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Act as a liaison between various internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales.
- Conduct RFP processes and evaluate contractors and professional service providers.
- Execute project contracts and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Meet and collaborate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Oversee capital program budget and cash flow management.
- Control budgets, manage invoices, and review change orders.
- Ensure milestone delivery aligns with the overall project schedule.
- Procure owner-furnished electrical and mechanical equipment efficiently.
- Travel to project sites as required (approximately 25%).
