In this role, you will coordinate construction activities, manage equipment procurement, oversee general contractor services, and collaborate with design teams, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple capital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Act as a liaison between various internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales.
- Conduct RFP processes and evaluate contractors and professional service providers.
- Execute project contracts and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Meet and collaborate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Oversee capital program budget and cash flow management.
- Control budgets, manage invoices, and review change orders.
- Ensure milestone delivery aligns with the overall project schedule.
- Procure owner-furnished electrical and mechanical equipment efficiently.
- Travel to project sites as required (approximately 25%).
