JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Manager of Marketing & Community Relations is the key point of contact and representative for Centerstone in the communities. They serve as the primary liaison between community leaders (including healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, etc.) and Centerstone’s service offering. The Manager of Marketing & Community Relations develops community relations strategies and interfaces with senior leaders to support growth initiatives and facilitate access to and awareness of Centerstone services. The Manager of Marketing & Community Relations serves a defined market and supervises Outreach Specialists (Liaisons) who are assigned specific programs or clinics.
THIS ROLE IS REMOTE, BUT REQUIRES MIDDLE TENNESSEE RESIDENCE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, schools and other relevant entities.
- Represent Centerstone at community events, forums and meetings to promote awareness and understanding of our services.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations to help identify barriers to access and other referral related issues.
- Works closely with senior leadership in the market to resolve and communicate identified barriers and opportunities.
- Works closely with senior leadership to facilitate growth initiatives, including paid marketing campaigns.
- Regularly engages with outreach specialists dedicated to key service lines.
- Collaborate with Centerstone leadership, community leaders and influencers to enhance Centerstone’s visibility and credibility.
- Organize and conduct educational sessions on Centerstone services and industry trends for community audiences.
- Create and distribute informational materials to increase community understanding of available services.
- Establish and maintain a network of referral sources, including healthcare providers, social services and community agencies.
- Provide information about our program to potential referrers and ensure a smooth intake process for referred individuals.
- Plan and execute enterprise-sponsored events, workshops and outreach programs to engage various demographics and promote Centerstone services.
- Coordinate logistics, secure venues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful events.
- Track and document outreach activities including event attendance, community partnership and program referrals.
- Generate regular reports on outreach effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as point of contact for community members seeking information or assistance related to Centerstone services.
- Connect individuals with appropriate resources and support services as needed.
- Serves as local brand ambassador by ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and facilitating facility brand needs when applicable.
- Maintains an inventory of company promotional items and swag products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the local community and its resources.
- Ability to communicate vision, motivate, develop and inspire team members.
- Ability to travel to Centerstone facilities, community meetings, and events, up to 25%
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in related field (social work, public health, marketing, outreach, etc.) required.
Years of Experience
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, relationship building and partnership development with five (5) years' experience in mental health/non-profit field required.

Salary : $58,700 - $82,300
