Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area. Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level and Master’s level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides supervision and direction to team in the delivery of evidence- based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus. Monitors and maintains productivity and budget requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education Level
Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
Years Of Experience
2 years of experience in the mental health field as a direct provider of services required. Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Clinical License Required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC)
Physical Requirements
Standing – 10%
Sitting – 90%
Squatting – Occasional

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license.
- Completes all required assessments and reassessments on time.
- Maintains timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with Organization polices and completes clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided.
- Complies with Performance Management review timelines for all direct reports.
- Tracks and monitors productivity expectations for team and follow up appropriately for team success.
- Monitors and maintains budget requirements.
- Recruits, trains and supervises staff within the expectations of Centerstone’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains effective relationships with Community referral sources.
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
- Basic computer literacy required
- Skills in utilizing an electronic medical record
- Knowledge of community resources
