Charge Nurse

• Supervising nursing staff and assigning duties
• Managing patient care and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
• Communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient records, and compliance reporting
• Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Managing the nursing unit, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and addressing issues or concerns that arise during their shift
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain and enforce infection control and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned
