Centerville Clinics Family Based Unit is looking for a Mental Health Workers and Professionals to provide supportive therapeutic/case work services in harmony with the Family Based team to effectively manage family crisis situations and to promote and sustain a stable living environment for the family.

Duties:
- Assist the Family Based Mental Health Professionals during home, school, or community visits/sessions
- Provide supportive counseling using identified techniques in relation to the family counseling goals and the treatment plan
- Teach parents to be behavior change agents, in relation to negative patterns of interactions within the family structure
- Teach parents how to access and make use of a wide range of available community services
- Provide therapeutic support/casework services for the families as well as the identified patient
- Be available to assigned families 24 hours 7 days a week on a rotating schedule and provide back up for other team members when on call
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
- Act 33 and FBI Clearances
- BLS and CPR Certifications
- 1 year experience in a CASSP system program
- Licensed RN may also apply (with experience in CASSP program)
