Role Description
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in community resources and the ability to design innovative programming for up to 30 consumers desiring to be a part of the community through consumerism, volunteerism, and the development of social and leisure activities. This position will manage employees and ensure daily planned activities are achieved. They will also set individualized, incremental goals for the consumers and ensure they are completed. This position must be on-call every fourth weekend and periodically plan/attend weekend events. Typically, work hours will be 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Preference will be given to energetic, highly motivated, organized individuals with local community connections. A college degree is preferred, but we will consider experience with ID waiver programming and CARF accreditation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience in program management, residential services, and work services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HCBS regulations and compliance
- Ability to develop and implement program strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Salary : $48,000 - $51,000
