Commerical Cleaning Specialist

We are currently seeking a Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team at multiple locations in the Somerset and Johnstown area. Must have reliable transportation and be available for all shifts and locations. This job requires the ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. This is a Monday - Friday position. Shift is evenings and nights with occasional weekends. Sites may include professional and commercial locations. Task may include cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, disinfecting high touch areas, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, laundry and any other task needed to provide a quality clean. You may be asked to check inventory at locations and report any issues to management. Attention to detail and time management are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment for employees and other staff.
• Restock and monitor supplies.
• Adhere to company standards for safety, security and quality of work; and environmental compliance.
• Complete the cleaning assignments in accordance with the specified schedule.
• Present a positive attitude and be willing to work with a diverse population.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be able to follow oral and written directions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
