NOW HIRING :   Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Conduct safety inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the facility in top condition.
  • Address work orders efficiently and document completed tasks.
  • Assist with facility upgrades and general upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and nursing home standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for on-call emergencies and flexible scheduling as needed.
