NOW HIRING : Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Responsibilities Certified Dietary Manager :

Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.

Ensure compliance with dietary standards, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.

Maintain inventory and manage budgets efficiently.

Train, mentor, and inspire dietary staff.

Qualifications :

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or current ServSafe certification required.

Experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of dietary standards and regulations for long-term care.

A passion for creating positive dining experiences for residents.
