Wellness Director Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate resident care plans to ensure optimal health and wellness
Lead, train, and support caregivers and nursing staff

Wellness Director Qualifications :
Active RN or LPN License in Ohio
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
