**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess patient's communication and swallowing abilities
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patient's speech and language challenges
* Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and swallowing functions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
**Requirements**
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) granted by ASHA
* At least six months of experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
