Job Description
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities. You will participate in the development and periodic review of treatment plans and contribute to care coordination activities. Your expertise will be utilized to administer and interpret diagnostic tests, provide instruction and training, and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology granted by ASHA and have a minimum of six months' experience as a speech therapist. Home health experience is highly desirable. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
