• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient progress, addressing any changes or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Attend educational meetings and participate in department in-services to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
• Schedule appointments, perform administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in all patient interactions, promoting a safe environment for everyone.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict patient data security.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, adhering to guidelines for patient care and documentation.
