Key Responsibilities:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement vocationally oriented plans consistent with the needs and capabilities of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and revise treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapeutic treatment to enhance patients' strength and functionality.
- Document patient progress and ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patients' care observations, interventions and evaluation.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for consulting with other vocational team members, as appropriate, to develop and implement vocationally oriented plans consistent with the needs and capabilities of patients.
