- Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on proper exercise techniques, wound care and other relevant topics.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
