As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to all patients served by the location. You will work closely with clinicians to develop patient plans of care and monitor cases to ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements of third-party payers.
The ideal candidate will have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of management experience in a home care, hospice, or equivalent environment. They must also have home health experience and preferably Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience. Additionally, they should have CMS PDGM billing knowledge and/or experience.
