Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing physical therapy to patients in their homes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The Physical Therapist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- The candidate will also be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress.
- Additionally, the Physical Therapist will supervise and guide support staff, including physical therapy assistants and home health aides, to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
