About the Job:
- This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a registered nurse on a weekend shift. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of the patient's own home.
- As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
- Strong med surg, ICU, ER, acute experience
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
