Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association.
- A current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Minimum one year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population.
Additionally, you should be self-directed, enthusiastic, and accept constructive feedback. You should also demonstrate good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
