Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience working in a healthcare setting. The Medical Social Worker will work with our interdisciplinary care team to assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of social worker assistants
Requirements
- Masters or doctoral degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Social Worker licensure in the state of practice (if required by state law or regulation)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting
