Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As an SLP, you will evaluate and provide speech/language services to patients in their homes or facilities.

Your duties will include developing treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, and instructing patients and their families on communication strategies.

This position requires a current SLP license, at least six months of experience, and good organizational and communication skills.
