About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities.
- Participate in the development and periodic review of plans of treatment and care.
- Utilize professional skills and judgment to assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments.
- Observe, record, and report changes in patient condition and response to treatment.
Requirements
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
- Minimum six months' experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist.
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Current and unrestricted license.
- Current CPR certification.
