Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist in home health, you will provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients with injuries and functional disabilities, collaborating closely with physicians and the care team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and document progress.
- Supervise therapy assistants and ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA).
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
