Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment and training programs to help patients achieve their highest level of physical function.
- Evaluate patients' physical strengths and develop measurable training objectives in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams.
- Develop and implement conditioning and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA).
- Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
