Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing physical therapy treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Providing manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients
- Documenting patient records and submitting clinical paperwork in a timely manner
You will also be required to attend educational meetings, participate in department in-services, and communicate effectively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you must maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control protocols, and contribute to a positive team environment.
