About the Role:
- We are seeking an exceptional RN Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at CenterWell Home Health.
- This leadership position is responsible for overseeing clinical quality assurance and operations initiatives in home health settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize clinical operations for a specific location.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments of patients, update care plans, and interpret patient needs while adhering to company procedures.
- Manage caregiver assignments and oversee the delivery of care to all patients served by the location.
- Receive case referrals, review available patient information, and make decisions on admitting patients to service.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Proof of current CPR.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least one year of management experience in home care or hospice environments.
