Key Responsibilities
- Administer the physical therapy treatment plan developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Perform non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical paperwork.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
